Scheduling software for restaurants and hotels, and then the #1 paid business app on the iOS App Store.
What I did
- Designed an education-focused dashboard in the flagship app that showed managers which employees risked counting as full-time under the Affordable Care Act, with scheduling recommendations.
- Piloted it with selected clients before public release, using surveys on pricing, value, and the interface.
- Created the company's first design system across iOS, Android, and web.
Outcome
- Pilot users cut Affordable Care Act related support calls 30%.
