One of the first native apps in the US to show people what a medical procedure costs before they book it.
What I did
- Joined as the first tech hire and built the product and tech team to 23 people with a $3M annual budget.
- Launched iOS and Android apps within 6 months of new price transparency rules.
- Owned customer retention and revenue growth, and led sales demos.
- Ran 711 user tests and 12 customer interviews, and spent 140+ hours shadowing patient advocates.
Outcome
- The launch led to the company's acquisition by Sedera Health in 2022.
- 3 pilot customers bought under a SaaS model, and 1 key customer, more than 30% of ARR, signed another 3-year contract.
